Registration

 

In order to register for camp, please follow these four easy steps:


  1. 1)Send an E-mail to registration@texaswakecamp.com answering the questionnaire listed below.

  2. 2)You’ll be contacted by a staff member from camp to schedule an appropriate week.

  3. 3)Download, complete, and submit both the Medical History and Release Waiver and Indemnification Agreement forms to our mailbox or by sending the completed forms in .pdf form to registration@texaswakecamp.com.

  4. 4)Submit payment in the form of cash, check, or bank transfer, debit or credit through PayPal.

  8. Please include a rank order of the top three weeks you wish to apply for with the 1st ranking representing your first choice.

  9. Does your camper have any medical conditions or physical limitations that we need to take into account?

  10. If so, please describe them.

  11. Does your child have medical insurance?

  12. Dental insurance?

  13. How many summers of water sport experience does your camper have?

  14. If applicable, please include a brief description your camper’s water sport experience.

  15. Will your camper bring their own equipment?

  16. If so, what equipment will they bring?

  17. Are there any transportation issues that we might be able to help with?

  18. What are your expectations for our camp?

  19. What are your camper’s expectations?

  20. Do you have any special requests? (please include)
